Ok, it's done.
I made the room with a lot of the Space Theme. I call it, Dogs in Space.

Start off with Rocket Ship Wallpaper and Rocket Ship Flooring.

Then just follow the grid!
I have a few extra things to say though. On the Space Trophy Pedestal, place a Spider Plant. On the Bone Side Tables next to the Puggy Bark-o-Lounger place books of your choice for a reading area. On the Dog Side Tables, place either Moon Lamps or Dog Lamps. That pretty much covers it though!
The total comes to a little over 4000 Kinzcash, which is under your budget.
If you'd like me to change anything, just let me know.

I couldn't find out how to paste a pic. (sorry bout' that) My room has a door on the right wall, and also a door on the upward/across wall. Incase that didn't make sense, here is a layout.

Do you want it to be an Outdoor Yard, or something? Because the Collie PSI only works outdoors. So if you want an indoor room, we're going to have to leave out the Collie Ossily Plant for a garden or something of the sort.

Also, did you ever figure out how to post pics? Because I'd really like to see what your Pug's room looks like. If you can't figure it out, maybe you could invite me over to your Webkinz house and I could take the picture.
