Hi 3gypsies! Thank you so much for your interest...I would love to have you join the cast! I'm afraid that because of the logistical challenges of inviting a lot of people over and working with outfit changes and the like, I have filled most parts already. But I could definently use help with the Bon Bon parts! And I love your idea for the toy soldiers...I have pretty much the same thing, with black pants and shoes to match.

Here is an excerpt from Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker regarding the Sugar Plum Queen:
"Act Two
Magical faeries dance around and welcome Clara and the young prince to the Land of the Sweets. They introduce the young couple to the Sugarplum Faerie, the Queen of the Kingdom. The Sugarplum Faerie rewards their heroism with a festival in the magic castle."

The funny thing is that with every story, there are small varietions....some have the Bon Bons, some don't. Some put emphasis on the Russian Trepak dancers being "peppermint" dancers, and some do not. I think over the years each ballet company has modified the original version to meet their own needs and capabilities.

What time would work best for everyone? Here are some times I was thinking...(They are all in Eastern US Kinztime)...

Between 9:00 and 12:00 in the morning, or between 8:00pm to 2:00am.....I am on the west coast, so those are the times that work for me. We have a friend from Europe who would love to participate, so I want to try and accomodate them as well. Let me know what works best, and then we will pinpoint an exact time! I'm so excited!

Hi Bindidog! For me a good time would be after 6 pm KT weekdays, or pretty much any time on the weekend (except for Sunday morning)

The problem is finding w cares is really really tough I got the last 3 at my store and the manager said that they were only getting other ones. The ones for the tree. They also have a special 2 pack . You get a full size and a small size for only 10 bucks. I picked up the chicken set and clydesdale set.

Yep, only food and small amounts of $ for me! I have two accounts with 3 days left, and then I messed up, and added the last 2 tags on the same account, so I think I have 8 tries on that one. We need that dress!

I guess I wasn't thinking when I wrote "2am", that's only 11:00 for me, but yea, MUCH later for the east coast! Sorry! I don't think we'd get much accomplished that late!

Yes, you are totally in! I don't require "auditioning" because as long as you have a pet with the patchwork clothes, you are in! How does 9:30am Kinztime sound to everyone?
