Quickie question: is Kinzstyle allowed, WShop only, or WShop and prizes (like TC clothes, PSIs and forth)?

I'm entering Puff 1 because she's my favorite, but she's REALLY hard for me to dress!!! LOL! Look at her icon, even: She's adorable, but sorta, let's say, round-ish.
