Past Rounds..

Round 6:Your job this round is to create an outfit based on your favorite character from a book. Backgrounds count and make the outfit good because we are eliminating 2 people this round! Hint: Think about the persons attitude/personality not only the clothes they wear. Good Luck!

Rules:

1. Be Polite to everyone (no bad words, offensive comments, gloating , or any other rudeness that I didn't mention; not that I have seen this here on WI).

2. No copying. I think that this one would go without saying, but if I see this, whoever is copying will be immediately eliminated and will not be allowed to enter for any other seasons that I host. I will also notify other hosts of WNTMS and they can do with that what they will.

3. Kinzstyle is allowed.. I myself always use kinz style on outfits! xD

4. Make sure that your entries are on time. Everyone Will get one pass per person IF WE HAVE 30 OR MORE PEOPLE JOIN THE CONTEST SO SPREAD THE WORD If you have told me in advance that you won't be able to make the deadline, you will not be eliminated and we will not continue juding till you have. If you haven’t posted one day before it’s due, I will PM you. If you still don’t post, you will be eliminated.

Grand prize! (1st place): 9 PSFs and the honor of helping me host/judge for the next season on every round!

2nd prize (2nd place): 6 PSFs and, if the Grand Prize winner refuses the offer to judge, then you can! I might ask you to guest judge on one round for the next season even if the Grand Prize Winner accepts to!

♫3rd prize (3rd place): 3 PSFs and, if the Grand Prize winner and the First Prize winner refuse the offer to judge, you can! And maybe, just maybe, I will ask you to guest judge even if the Grand Prize winner/First Prize Winner accept the offer!!

♫Consolation Prize (when you get voted off in either the 4th or 3rd.): 1 PSF.

When you are eliminated, or when we finish, I will PM you with all of the choices for you to choose from. You will need to add ercka78 to your friends list on Webkinz World so that I can send you your PSFs.

I usually judge accoring to if you posted on time, How well the outfit looks on your pet, your use of resources, how well the colors work together or how the outfit looks put together, and how your attitude has been throughout the competition.

My favorite book character needs Plumpy Glasses!

Here's our entry.

My favorite book is Vive La Paris by Esmé Raji Codell. Maggie is wearing her rose-colored glasses at the piano because in the book, Paris McCray's piano teacher, Mrs. Rosen, teaches her a lot. One of the things is to look at the world with "rose colored glasses" and see everyone as the good person they really are. This is because there's a girl in her class named Tanaeja who's mean to Paris's brother Michael, who won't argue with Tanaeja because he wants to be like Dr. King.
So Paris is taught to look at everyone through "rose colored glasses," and I decided to dress Maggie up as Paris.
The only important part of the outfit is the glasses, and the piano, because you never get a description of what clothes she's wearing, so I just put these together.
Her ears even resemble Paris's hair.
(I love that book. )

Oh, I love this round! But it will take time because I need to pick who I'm going to do. My absolute fave, I can't do, because she wears PURPLE glasses, and I want it to be accurate.

Emma Hawthorne from The Mother-Daughter Book Club series. I'm thinking about doing any of the other characters from those books now, or maybe my second fave character: Flora Northrop from the Main Street series.

Oooh.. toughy! I don't usually read picture books, it can be based from a book and from tv... right? To see what they look like? I read Goosebumps and some others like One for Sorrow Two for Joy, but I also read Geronimo Books too. Hmm. I'm going to need the book to see what they look like. Next stop for me is the library! Lol. I'll do it as soon as I can!
