That was mine they just reposted it.
I used basic Windows Paint to do mine. I don't have any fancy programs. I did find that if I make what I'm drawing big first....then shrink it when I'm done I have more control over the drawings.

LOlz !! I don't think they judge on your artistic ability but your creativity ! They are seeking ideas......if it were up to drawing skills most of us would be in serious trouble !!
