Default Webkinz News Contest Rules
My kids and I have been wondering why states are excluded for these contests. We live in Florida and can't enter any of them. Why do they exclude any states at all?

It is due to the laws in those specific states and the province of Quebec.

Thanks, it's no fun missing a chance at the cool things they offer. It's nice that WI has a way to offer members items they have little or no chance at trying for.
