You can still enter if your in FL, my old laptop (not my new one, a this year model) Apparently doesn't have any type of tracking onit! Because i can enter any time, and also, 1/2 of my kin&blood are born in Alabama, so when i want to enter, i just call up some cousins and email them what i want them to type.

It has something to do with lottery and contest laws in the area. Ganz would have to submit a ton of paperwork to do that and it would take an extremely long amount of time to do. I doubt they'll check, so I say go ahead and enter.

There are state laws regarding entering contests and the sponsor has certain paperwork to complete to enable the different state residents to enter. NY and FL are two whose paperwork GANZ has refused to complete. So........ residents of NY and FL are excluded from the contests that GANZ sponsors.

That tells me that GANZ is more than happy to take your money for their products, (pets, ornaments, clothes, school supplies, etc.) but they do not think you are important enough to win a simple prize, which at most times has really no cash value.

I really would like to know how much money GANZ would loose if the residents of NY and FL stopped buying everything and anything from GANZ. Would that entice GANZ to complete the paperwork so the residents of NY and FL could enter??

that is a good point jazzkinz! i entered any way and did not win. I saw the entries that did win though..... I believe mine was 10 times better though. most of theres were in essay format( i would do this.. i would do that) but i wrote mine as a very creative story. I was kinda dissapointed.
