problems with the fasion contest

i'm still havind problems entering the fasion contest

I have had this problem before with kinzville newz. You have to keep making the pic smaller in the program you have saved it in. (Paint, photoshop,Fireworks,ect...) Keep saving and trying again. Hope it works!!! If it doesn't work I will be back in a few and I will try to help again then!!! Good luck in the contest!
