Mother's day contest problem!

I know i have a winning entry for the Webkinz Newz design-a-kithchen contest. Every time I try to upload my image onto the registraton form, i get the following message: UNKNOWN IMAGE EXTENSION. What the heck does that mean and how can i fix it!? Please help!

Hmm... is your picture saved in JPEG format? You might want to try opening it in paint, then going to "File", "Save As" and at the bottom there should be an option of JPEG, GIF, BMP, and some other ones. Click the JPEG one and try uploading it to the contest. Good luck!

Hello! I'm not too positive about this, but is there a file size, or file type restriction for this contest? I'd read all of the rules to the contest all over again, just to see if you accidently didn't follow one. If you did make a mistake, just redo your entry. How are you exactly trying to upload the image? Are you going onto PhotoBucket or Tinypic at all?

thanks, you guys. I did it. It was the whole JPEG instead of GIF or Bitmap thing. I'm just glad that 4000 kinz cash didn't go to waste trying to get it exactly right !
