When ever I upload a pic for a contest on the kinzvillnews site, there is always a problem! Whenever I make it smaller, it says unknown image size! I don't know what to do! People say it usually works after making it a JGP file or something but IDK how to do that. Please help! I have a great idea for the new contest!

There was a message there saying there was a problem with that. I think they are in the process of fixing it; it's been happening to everyone.

Yes, this has been happening to me and my sister a lot! I think, pretty much everyone is going through this. Ganz is working on fixing this. Just keep in mind, it might take a while because they have many other problems to fix, most of which are around the games!

Well, when you go to save your file on paint, instead of saving it as a BITMAP, use the little down arrow and pick JPG instead. Does that make sense? Sorry if not! Also, good luck in the contest! I hope you win!
