Not quite.. There are roughly 60 rounds of play and a winner for each round. If you do not receive a PM stating you have won, you may continuing entering to try and win. Your entry from the previous round does not carry over.

For example...

Round one: MissGnomie has the avatar on for 5 minutes, selects at random from the entries and PMs the winner. You do not win, your entry does not carry over.

Round two: TTGTTG has the avatar on for 7 minutes, selects at random from the entries and PMs the winner. You receive a PM stating you have won. There is no need to enter anymore rounds from this point on, you can only win one prize.

Make sense? You need to PM every time you see the avatar, that way when/if your PM is selected you have qualified for that round of play.

No, there is no form to fill out. You do not need to sign up to play - you just need to be able to PM (10 posts) and be a registered member of the forum.
