Contest entry question

Hello people! by the way before i posted this thread i checked out all the rules

Okay well my friend just E-mailed me and she wanted to know if i could enter this contest for her it was an avatar making contest, she made the avatar last night and she E-mailed it to me asking if i could enter it into an avatar contest for her because she got in trouble and can't get on the computer unless for school, so i was wondering if that was allowed?

I couldn't find anything saying it wasn't allowed and i was just making sure if it was or wasn't? and maybe i missed something? im not sure but anyway thanks for the help
