Same here. I had all of the silver keys, all but 2 of the gold, and 1 or 2 emerald. Now they are all gone.
Hopefully it will be addressed soon. Also, my Zums don't work. The camera comes up but won't click on any of the castles. At that point I am forced to log out..... | | | |

Yes, clearing my cache brought back my keys so I was able to claim my prize. It also fixed the Zum issue. But, I can't get into the clubhouse at all. Is locked. So no more ghost hunting for me I guess.... | | | |

Same problem here - all my keys are missing AND I cannot access any of the areas - they're blank. The arrows move to the next area, the music plays, but there's no picture to click on. | | | |
