Ours cost $9.99. The worker said that they were not a planned ordered, kind of a we have these, do you want them. They arrived at the store 2 hours before we did. It was a totally unexpected surprise.

They are already named. Their name shows on the tag, in the same place as a Webkinz pet's type appears. So you can know the Zumbuddies name, before you buy it.

Congrats, how neat! I really want one! I am going to the mall on Friday, I hope they have them there. Wasn't sure if they would be similar in price to a Webkinz or if they would be closer to the price of a Kinz Klip, $9.99 doesn't seem too bad. A little more than I hoped to pay but if I can find one I think I will buy it, unless they have some of the new Webkinz out already, then it will be a touch choice. LOL

This is not completely true. When you get your Zumbuddies up to 100% a party is thrown, but if you do nothing for days - it will not affect the Zumbuddy, as its happiness is reset to 50% each day. It is more like another game, but with lots of pet like features. And if you just have it follow your pet around in your room and at the Clubhouse, but never visit its house, I think nothing will happen to it. Have not had one long enough to know for sure.

I just bought Zlock the Lazy Zum ( the blue-colored one) on ebay for $25 as a buy-it-now because I know I'll never find one where I live. The red one and pink one were sold, but I think I would have chose this one anyway because I really like the lovely blue color on him. Navy blue is my favorite color, but this particular shade of blue is just fabulous! I would have got the pink one but it really wouldn't look right with one of my tough guy webkinz pets in the clubhouse. Nothing says tough guy like a pretty pink fairy following you around Maybe I'll pick her up later for my girly pets. I think the lazy zum will work with either far better for now.

Dear Shellwcross

Have you tried to see if the zum stuff is kinzpostable? I am going to be phoning around my area tomorrow to see...I know no one will have them where I live yet but I can ask them to hold for me...but if nothing is kinzpostable then know only two in my group will want them....but if it is then we all will want them!
