WW Accounts Expire Despite Being "Deluxe" *UPDATE*

I am so sorry this is happening. I was going to rely on deluxe so I would not have to put another pet on my first account which is really too big. Fortunately I did adopt one after I got deluxe so I'm ok for a while.

I used to work in the software business and believe me we tested things before we released them. Of course it is still possible to miss something, but not this often or for something this important.

Oh this is terrible!! Jeeze Ganz this time you really messed up. My 3 accounts are all deluxe but luckily I adopted pets in the last year so I'm safe, (I checked them too) I am so sorry to all the other people effected by this glitch. Hopefully Ganz will fix this soon. (I wonder if they'll post it on webkinz news..?) Thanks FIA for the update.

That happen to me this morning on one account...very dissappointed...got up early to do the Wheel of Deluxe...hope Ganz fixes it quick!

Affected 5/11 accounts of 6 people on this end...so bright side, thanks to the fabulous WI and community here we know is it is a glitch and will pass....just never soon enough for webkinz addicts!

Thank You Dash! I would love for you to have your own company! I'm not sure what we will be making or selling....perhaps farm fresh vegetables...lol! I would be a terrible employee....I would want all the major holidays...fallfest, winterfest, webkinz day, spin the wheel of deluxe/wow/yum, balloon darts! Lol! (Actually I think I would be great!..but with bad jokes!)

i just renewed 5 of my accounts that were about to expire last week to the deluxe membership (it was cheaper then buying 5 pets to renew them) and now i cant even get on VERY disapointing ganz. and i do beleive that ganz should compensate the people who went out today to buy pets so they can have thier accounts opened (although they wont do it).
