Webkinz Insider Announces Twitter Avatar Contest

As many of you know, Webkinz Insider has a Twitter account we use to pass Webkinz-related information on to our members. Breaking Newz, Curio Shop Rares, PJ's Special Clothing sales, and anything we think our members might want to know gets "tweeted" @WIdotcom. We also interact with our members if they ask us any questions!

Because Twitter has proven to be especially useful this past week in helping us let everyone know when PJ has special items for sale (Clown Costume, Clown Shoes, etc), we want to hold a contest centered around our Twitter account. But, because we know not everyone is able to sign up to follow us on Twitter, this contest is going to take placehere on Webkinz Insider.

To enter this contest, all you have to do is change your avatar to a graphic that includes the word "WIdotcom". That's it. No clicking, no puzzles, no hoops to jump through. Just change your avatar, and you're entered. Once a day for the next seven days, thirty members will be randomly selected to receive Winterfest prizes. (You do NOT need to be logged on at the time winners are selected to win.) By the end of the week, we will have a total of over 200 winners!

Then, on the final day of the contest, an additional two members will be selected to each receive an Antique Western Brass Vase, better known as the Webkinz Spittoon!

This is great, and I especially like that you don't have to have a Twitter account, for those who aren't allowed to have one. Now I need to go get mine set up!
