No. That message seems to mean it is not open to anyone.

The first couple of times I tried to get in yesterday I got a message that said the park was full, or all servers were full -- something like that. I had tried to go in on the chat side, so I switched to kinzchat and could get in then.

Hopefully they will open it again later today.

Everyone, Probably why they shut it down was because of mr moo.
He was nowhere to be seen when we were in there.
When it opens again, hopefully no more glitches, no more slow stuff, and mr moo will be there.
It will be open again soon.

I got into the park yesterday and, frankly, don't see what all the hype is about. It was really kind of boring - lots of walking around (slowwwwwly) just to swing on swings , go down the slide, and cook on the barbeque. Hopefully, they'll be adding many new and fun activities to make it worthwhile.

I'm pretty sure they will, like the campfire that was inside the logs, I think soon, you will be able to roast marshmallows.
And the pond, I think you will be able to swim in it.

I still haven't seen it, I tried to get into it yesterday and it said "Sorry this park is full." And now... ugh! Why can't they fix it and THEN release it for the first time so we won't have to go through all this?
