I received the Butterfly Tree instead of the Gate on my Asian account on Halloween on the Super Wheel. Of course I could not call Ganz as it was the weekend. I called Ganz this morning to ask for my tree to be changed to the Gate (the prize I should have received from the Super Wheel) and they did it! I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the change was made without any questions/arguments. I am very happy! So if anyone else received the Butterfly Tree as their prize on the Super Wheel and would have rather had the gate, I recommend calling Ganz. If you received the tree and want to keep it, of course don't call LOL!

Thats really great info I am glad they fixed it for you, Its only fair you get what you wanted , What it did say that you won !! Glad it wasnt any trouble , Great info & thanks for sharing !!

The Super Wheel said I won the Haunted Gate but then the tree was in my dock instead of the gate. I saw posts from several other people that this was happening when the Super Wheel first opened up on the Asian accounts. There was even an update on the front page of WI about it. That was why I wanted to let everyone know that Ganz did fix it for me when I called today (in case others wanted the gate instead of the tree - I know at least one person was happier with the tree LOL!).

I played on both my accounts and I got the smallest prize the w-shop item on both why do people often get the smallest prize on the super wheel?
