Trading items through KinzPost is not against the TOS according to the previously mentioned bulletin:

While they mention the risk, it is indeed not in violation of the TOS. The selling of items for commercial gain (******) and duplication of items are against the TOS, however

The look and feel of KinzPost will be no different according to them, they are only changing the technical configuration of KinzPost

I think this might be related to the critical glitch I reported yesterday.

According to a phone conversation with a Ganz customer service rep yesterday. at least 190 accounts were banned yesterday for having duplicate items. Today I believe they are trying to make duplicates non postable. just my opinion.

"Members are free to conduct in-world trades of Webkinz World items as they choose" which wi isn't, so according to the vagueness they are so fond and known for someone could end up violating the TOS in their opinion depending on how they decided to interpret all that. Of course elsewhere they have said point blank {not vague at all} that any and all trades are done at the traders' own risks, even to whether the system 'glitches' and you lose your items but don't get any in trade in return. They are always very specific when disclaiming any and all responsibility.

I also always figured that since they said "for no outside compensation of any kind, financial or otherwise" that that was why wi went on to make the wigev so that it could show that the items were equal in various ways and therefore no various 'other' compensation could be said to have been gotten.
