Its only rare if they are sold out everywhere, i cant see the manatee ever being worth as much as the Love Puppy!! lol. The value of it on ebay is staying the same, its not going to be a rare hard to find sorry lol.

Rare is pegasus, full sized unicorn, love puppy, cheeky dog, cheeky cat, and Regular Basset. The newly retired ones arent going to be RARE lol.
