My husband and I each got codes which said they had already been used. We sent emails and called Ganz. They said they were looking into it. Then this morning the phone rang and it was a Ganze customer support person. She told my husband that she was giving him the dress and she would also put one in my account. Within a few minutes we each had the dresses in our docks. Thank you Ganz!!

You need to call Ganz, so they can fix it. I got two dresses, I didn't want to abuse the system and get into trouble for trying to do more.

I have like 88 mails all for this dress..about 70 of them said that they were USED!!!! OMG WEBKINZ

I ended up up getting a bunch of codes. My provider allows me almost unlimited email accounts and I would say 20 to 25% came up with the code had already been used. I'm still happy with the number of dresses I have, so I didn't call and complain. Those diamonds were falling pretty fast sometimes. There were several times I finished filling out a form and went back to the new page and clicked on a link and bam another one was falling again. Hope everyone had good luck! I haven't had time to scroll through and read all the post yet.

Oh I did notice one thing, if no one has posted this already. You had to close the pop up window that the form comes in after you submit it, or you can't click on another diamond and get the form to open again. Just keep that in mind for next itme.

I caught 5 falling diamonds and submitted 3 different e-mails for them: two to one e-mail address, two to another e-mail address, and one to the third. Of the 5 codes, 4 were good and one said it had already been used. However, I did wait about 24 hours (or more) to enter all the codes, so maybe I waited too long and Ganz gave out that code to someone else before I could enter it. Because I have 4 dresses, I too, hesitate to call to complain. Did it say anywhere that you could only get one dress per Webkinz account, or one dress per e-mail account?
