Well, just got off the phone. Nothing really changed on my acct, just that it is being fwded to the technical dept and check back in a couple of days (which by then I will have myself back up to a level 3 for tabby). Even though I told her that I clear cache/cookies everyday, I had to tell her how I do it just to be sure that I do it right good news: I know how to do it

Congrats on knowing how to clear cache, COWS! Glad you didn't flunk the rep's test.

You'd think they could restore your levels with the flick of a switch.

And what about all the affected members who can't/won't bother phoning, will they stay at level 1, it seems a bit harsh.

Less funny is that calling Ganz is now part of my daily schedule-drink coffee, brush teeth then dial Ganz to ask about the glitch of the day. Sigh.

On the up side, we got a sale at PJ Collie's comin' up later today! Not a mega-sale but no different from harvesting pumpkins!

nah, I think they will realize that this is something more than just my acct (kind of like the whole server 12 problem)

answer: IE, FF, safari, etc...
