For those who got the movie screen....

I don't know if this post is allowed or not, but I'm going to take a chance. I'm a freelance writer and keep strange hours (FYI, I am barely keeping my eyes open to write this. I am on my way to bed.) I know that through Asia you can keep up with rares and stuff in the curio shop. You all know I badly I want the big movie screen. I sometimes sleep during the day, and I often miss checking in with Arte that hour. But. because my publishers sleep at night and work during the day - weird...they know my hours and they will not call me unless it is urgent, but they do e-mail frequently and somebody said Asia is so far ahead of us time wise that we have several hours warning that the big movie screen is coming. Am I allowed to ask that somebody, any kind, caring soul, e-mail me and let me know. I'm an adult (who got ****** into Webkinz by my kids) so I am definitely "of age". I'm not trying to break any rules either, I just don't know what they are - it's taken me almost an hour to type this without looking *****. don't drink. I'm just super tired. And quite frankly, I was too tired to look up the rules. Anyway,my e-mail address is writemisty@bellsouth.net and my laptop is on the floor next the bed. Whenever I wake up to get a drink, or go to the bathroom I check my e-mail. Can some nice e-mail me (and mark it important) and put in the subject line that the BIG MOVIE SCREEN IS COMING. I would so appreciate it. Now, I've got to shut my eyes. It took soooo long to write this and sound coherent. If I broke the rules I am genuinely sorry.

I found out by looking at the top of the forum page (any forum page) when the movie screen came out -- either the night before it came out, or the next morning. Plenty of notice, IIRC. (I just couldn't grab it primarily because I was on a flight during that night at 8pm!)

So if you could just check here every morning, the Asian rares are listed as early as possible, and translated to other times (European and American), so that gives you a pretty huge lead time for planning your day to get to a computer to get your desired rare.

Also, make a few friends on the curio shop thread (go to their profile page, hit "befriend" them) and post there some, and before long you should find more than enough people willing to post either directly to your profile page, or possibly email you, when the movie screen is due to appear. A WI friend of mine did just that for me with an eStore item I'd been looking for all summer -- very nice!

(Not to mention, it might be a front page story the next time it comes out. I'd definitely bookmark this site )

Sigh, this sounds weird but I sold all of my furniture FOR NOTHING! Cause a few days ago I traded a car for it. It is so awesome, my old furniture I don't care about anymore XD
