Soapie, you missed it... the colossal screen was offered on July 31 at 8pm kt, in all time zones.

There is a 14-hour in advance warning because it's in the Asian time zone first. Nine hours later, it's in Europe. Another 5 hours and it's in North America.

But since it's a Rare, it will be back.

I haven't gotten the screen and didn't want to do stat adoptions so I'm trying to save up, too. In case you're not logged in , the general advice on how to generate $$ is on the Kinzville Times under Kinzcash tips on the right hand side. The surveys are usually twice a week and comes out on Mondays & Fridays. I find if I do the dailies including Employment office at least twice a day and Wishing Well twice a day plus Magic Forest & Gem Hunt, it nets 900-1000 kinzcash every day.

BTW, Quizzy's Word Challenge and Eager Beaver pays well but takes time (if you're patient, however, Eager Beaver nets around 350 each time you finish it). Like Lily mentioned, Quizzy's Question Corner nets the most cash FAST.

To both of you, the colossal movie screen was a deluxe only rare item. Unfortunately it was only available to people who have deluxe accounts. But don't worry - it will be available for everyone in the curio shop soon enough.

I missed it, too! I was cooking dinner and I am kicking myself for not checking the rares posted on WI more often. Now I have a sticky note on my computer reminding me to check the rares coming up.

I think I saw on another post someone said you need your top 2 walls free with no doors to put in the new movie screen. Is this right? If it is I need to move my movie room and buy new walls and a floor like the person that posted that did!

As for earning KC, I do the baby sitting job everyday, sometimes 3 times a day (every 8 hours and once on the Deluxe extra job.) It is an easy job and pays 250KC each time.

I suggest playing quizzy's whizykinz, I usually get about 300KC each time!

Just curious, how are you able to do the wishing well twice a day? It only let's me do it once.

After midnight EST, you have a two-hour window to play it a second time until it goes to maintenance at 2am EST. I live in San Francisco so 12am EST is 9pm PST here.

You need ONE of your top walls free, no doors and nothing else on the wall except at the ends, and it must be a large room. The screen occupies 8 squares.

That game resets both at midnight and at maintenance time. You can play Wishing Well2 between midnight and 2am KT. Then after maintenance is over, you can play it again. This holds true in all time zones.

Oh, thanks for clearing that up for me. I am EST so I am in bed way before midnight. One wishing well for me I guess, LOL.
