Egyptian Items at the Curio Shop

Hello my name is dexdude12 and I have been collecting egyptian rare items from the curio shop for a while and I cant seem to be able to get them all . I have the money but egyptians are never in the curio shop. so i have a few questions for people who may own or have owned egyptian items.


1. Do egyptian items come out a lot of times, some of the time, or basically never?


2. the really good items, like the bed, do they cost over 10,000 kinz cash?

Welcome to Webkinz Insider Dex You have come to the right place. Look above you There is a notification bar that tells you what the rare will be and at what time it will be there. There are two threads. One being hosted by MomaSandi (Euro/North American) and the other by Bflyangel (Asian) the Asian thread leads the pack and has the news about which rare will be there about 14 hours before it hits the North American Curio.
As to expense and when they come in....Sometimes Arte goes off on a tear and we see Egyptian for a week (That should be soon by my estimation) and then we won't se any for a while again.
BUT, right now, you will see that there are NO rares. It seems they are fixing the database in the Curio shop to get ready for the NEW theme due to come out in a few days. So hang on to that KC for a bit There might be something WAY better in the works

Hi dexdude, and welcome to WI! I don't know to much about the rares timing, but I will try to answer your questions...

1. I am no expert on the rares schdules, but I am pretty sure that the item is random. We haven't had anything egyptian for a while now, so, who knows, you might see one soon.

2. Some of the good items, especially the bed ($12500), do cost a lot!

Dixiecup said it best and the only thing that I can add is that the Egyptian bed and refrigerator were two of the hardest Curio Shop items for me to find (Snakes & Ladder flooring was the worst!), but I did find them eventually! So just be patient and keep on saving that kc for when they finally do show up again!

In the tab at the very top of the page labeled Webkinz Information Center, you will find the link to the WI GEV which will give you the dates that the items last appeared in the Curio Shop and what each items base price is. There is also a link that will show you pictures of the items if you are not familiar with them. While this will not tell you when an item might be offered it will help you to know what it will cost if it is offered. I've been trying to get Egyptian items for quite awhile too. I usually have the best luck in the Clubhouse Trading Room getting them. I rarely see them in the Curio shop...and of course this morning I missed the fridge!
