If you are not sure how to clear your cache and use Internet Explorer ::::

If you are not sure how to clear your cache and use Mozilla Firefox ::::
For FF users, click Tools  and select Clear Private Data  Here you can check all those you'd like to clear. I normally only click the Cache, but if it's a shared computer, I click them all before I log out. After you've checked what you want to clear, click the 'Clear' button and you are done.
