Default Arte says there are rares, but NO!
Today, Arte told me there was a "Rare item right now..." but there wasn't! The rare item was the new princess seat/chair for deluxe members only and I'm not a DM. (Nov 19, 11:00KT)

Poor Arte, he's so confused!! If he had wanted to make it available to me, I would have purchased it...

No Talini. He only knows that there is a rare on. He can't tell you that the rare is for ordinary accounts or Deluxe. He just knows there is a rare.
That rare WAS available to all pople who have Deluxe accounts. I bought one. Arte is not confused, he is confusing
