where to find ocean saphire???

I only need the ocean saphire to get the crown of wonder, what mine should I go to????

The Ocean Sapphire is found in the Howling Horse mine, and only there. Once in, it's all random. As long as you are in the correct mine, you will eventually get the stone that you are looking for. At the top of this forum page are four blue stickied threads with invaluable information about the mine and the Gem Hunt. Here is the link to the guide about gem location:
