NO TRADE, NO GEM

has anyone had the problem of telling Arte you will be keeping a gem but it doesn't show up in your collection? This has happened twice in one of our accounts. How do I report the missing gems?

My son has had a few problems with Curior Shop Gem Mining. Stones have come up missing...without any explanation? You can't take them once you decide to keep them for your collection. It was quite odd and we passed it off as some type of glitch. There have been times when the Webkinz site was done.

By the way...how do you go about trading your gems? I recall seeing that they now can be traded at the club house with an dealer.

It happens to me a lot of the time. Just contact Ganz at (1-866-WEB-KINZ) and let them know the situation and what gem you are missing. They are very nice about it!

I wound contact Ganz and see what they have to say. They can fix the glitch and give you the gems

You can contact Ganz and tell them the glitch about it, because it never happened to me. I hope you get the glitch fixed soon!
