When I go gem mining I am still finding & replacing negative gems! 
Ganz said they ran a program to remove all negative gems on June 24th.
Please post here if Arte is still showing negative gems and please call Ganz at 1-866-932-5469 and ask to speak with Rajeev or Matan. They told me if enough people complained they would re-run the program to remove the negative gems again. __________________

I found a gem yesterday. It did not show as a negative, but it didn't show up in the tray. I'm not sure why. __________________

I found the river ripple and at the bottom where it tells you how many you have said that I had -3 river ripples. And when it shows you that it's going into the collection it plays the music and circles around where it's supposed to go with stars but it just showed an empty space. I needed that gem. when it goes -1, -2, -3(etc.), that means that when you trade with Doug for his food, if you do not have the gem then and press (ok) it will take off the gem in the negative.That could be one possiblitty. Otherwise just keep call ganz. If they do not fix it then. . . . try to email them or send a letter. Different places in the company is different people to talk to. | | | |

Yeah, I reported on that problem some time ago in this thread.
It still isn't fixed, because I found a Carat Eclipse on Monday and it reported that I had -1 Carat Eclipse.
At least for me now, adding that gem now should make it 0, so now I can start to add gems back into the positive values. I called GANZ about it shortly after I posted that thread in June and was told that they knew about the issue and planned to run a script to fix it.... but obviously it either didn't work or they lied.
