"Negative" gems

OK, I don't know what happened, it was probably yet another GANZ "bug" when Doug was introduced (or who knows WHAT caused it this time ) but when I went mining yesterday I noticed that I was in the "red" for gems.

I found a Flare Fyca and now it seems I OWE gems.

When my gem box was presented the circular star spun around an empty spot.

Has anybody else had this problem and what did you do to solve it? How do I know which other gems I am in debt for?

Does this mean yet ANOTHER call to GANZ customer service department?

The same thing happened to me a couple of days ago..same gem, same negative 2! I guess I'm just negative 1 now! I've traded with Doug a few times but can't remember if that was one or two of the gems. I'm blaming him anyways! HA

I know and when you look in the Gem box there is absolutely NO indication that you owe gems. I have no idea how you even find out what your deficit is, but I think that Ganz SHOULD look into it.

You must have traded with Doug and did NOT have the gem he wanted!! I'm still in the hole for a couple of gems too! !

I am sorry this has happened to you too.

Doug would take my gems like that when I didn't have the right gems and on the last Doug screen I clicked "OK". It seems that there is a glitch on some of the accounts/servers where Doug takes the gems anyway (even if you don't have them; putting you in the negative) and then he doesn't give you a prize in return. The bad thing about it is that on the next day when you do have the gems, then Doug will probably take your gems and only give you Kinzcash in return. Try to avoid clicking "OK" when you don't have the correct gems (or when you actually do have them in your gem box, but Doug isn't recognizing them (which happens quite a lot with the white gems, especially the Webkinz Diamond.)). Try clicking on the "Cancel" button on the last screen instead of the "OK" button.

Is it a glitch the reason why I am asking is because I went mining I had found the yellow one I had needed and I went mining today and I had logged out and logged back in and it was gone.
