just wondering what customer service form you had used as i can not see to find one that suits mine or an option of my problem does not appear I went to the WW home page and clicked on 'customer service' and then went to the 'comments & suggestions' section at the bottom of the list. On the 'comments & suggestions' page there is a section called 'our problem does not appear here'. However, based on the totally unresponsive form e-mail that I received (mentioned in my last post), I am changing my recommendation. Don't bother with forms if you are missing things. You MUST call Ganz or will positively not receive resolution of your problem. You still might not get a satisfactory answer if you call but there is more chance of getting it with a call. |
