I went to see Arte just now and he treated me like I had never bought anything before, and I've been on level 7 for three months now! Additionally, he gave me the introductory greeting when I went mining and my gem box is totally empty, whereas I'm actually have atleast 2 of almost everything!!!!!!!!!! Hope it's just a temporary glitch, otherwise I'll be crying all day tomorrow and through the weekend
