Hello! I don't think it is possible to get a gem every time you search. The programming in place causes you to randomly get slag part of the time. Good luck!

It's really random. I've heard that if you go left or right before you start clicking the rocks there's a better chance of getting a gem. I don't know if it's true or not but it's worth a shot!

There is no way to garuntee a gem every time, but their are certain tricks (not clicking if the rock sparkles, searching the sides of the mine, seeing if part of the gem sticks out of the rock, etc) that can increase your chances of finding one

You can't just GUARANTEE that you'll get a gem every time but I do know this:

The Buried Bones Mine has:

-all the white gems
-only place to find the Webkinz Diamond

The Barking Mad Mine has:

-all the yellow gems
-only place to find the Corona Topaz

The Muzzle Mouth Mine has:

-all the red gems
-only place to find the Red Ruby Heart

The Flea Floater Mine has:

-all the green gems
-only place to find the Earth Emerald

The Howling Horse Mine has:

-all the blue gems
-only place to find Ocean Sapphire

I may be not too bright but i have gotten one everyday. after i staated tradding with Doug and made it to the top of Arties list of customers.. by tipping and buying items..

This could just be luck but i'm sticking to what is working for me. But I have not yet been without a miss in hunting for gems.. and with that said tomarow i won't find one

I think you are just extremely lucky. Being on Arte's "list", doesn't affect whether you find a gem or not.

I have gone for as long as four to five days only finding slag and this was knowing which mine to search for the gem of the day. So really it is totally random and just a matter of luck, however I do agree if you look closely you can sometimes see a small amount of a gem. Good luck in your searches.

I agree with what everyone else has said.
The gems are found/given randomly, therefore
there really is no chance of getting one every time
(unless you happen to be a really lucky person)
