I have been offerd 2 KC before but I have been keeping track of Arte's offers for the past week or so and except for being offered 18 KC for a seastone, most of Arte's offers have been in the upper half of the range for the stones we have found. In our case, Arte seems to be offering more, trying to entice us to sell to him.
