Hmm? A Little Low?

I visit Arte everyday. Most of the time, he is very generous to me. Today, though, he offered me an ALL TIME LOW for gem. it was a gem that isn'y very rare and i already had a couple of them, but the price he offered astounded me. This price was a mere 2w. I found it to be too low for anybody. I want to know if Arte has ever offered anyone else such a low price and if he has ever gone lower.

I was offered $3 last week. His prices are lower since Doug "showed" up(not that I have seen him yet).

I think the lowest I have been offered for a gem is 12kc. I am so glad I never cashed in the majority of my gems cause now it is really coming in handy

I think my lowest was 7 KC. I would think since he has competition with Doug now he would raise his offers.

stbernard07 i have to agree with you. the arrival of doug(whom i am yet to see as well Dimagar) should have defiantely raised his prices. at least that is a feasible theory, i certaintly believe it.

I think my all time low was 6 KC. I agree with stbernard07...he should raise the prices...unless Doug took advantage of the economy, and snuck in while Arte was running low on cash?? Will he run Arte out of the gem business?? (He already has my loyalty!)

I've been offered 1 kc for a low level gem and even as low as a bit over 200 for the W itself, so I figure some accounts just get it like that, who knows. I quit looking a long time ago now to even see what he might offer because he kept giving me such ridiculously low amounts. Now that Doug is here I do have a lot of gems because of that but still it isn't right because there have been certain instances where he has offered kc but only after you accept his offer to trade {and you don't have any way of saying no at that point -- my 'offers' for 2 gems being 15 kc and then 3 gems one of which was middle value getting all of 70 kc totally, all of which is totally bogus -- if I wanted low kc for gems I'd sold them in the first place; he did that 2 other times that I didn't get the amount that was paid, again had no choice but to shrug another one of Ganz' mistakes *****.

These low prices are normal. Funny, maddening, but normal. It's been like that forever, nothing to do with Doug.

I think the reason why he is doing this now is because of the new Doug Gem collector game. I think it makes you think twice about selling the gems if you have a lower price offer for a gem. YOu may keep it and the Traded items are REALLY cool!

Yesterday my friend got a gem arte offered him like 130 for and I later same day got the same gem he offered me like 38 bucks for UGH I wounder why he does that I am on level 7 with him always buy stuff from him all his rares still tip him 100 a day and my friend does none of that just does not seem fair
