I’ve had a couple of very odd things happen to me in Webkinz world today. Here is the first: when I did my gem hunt, I found a terra tectonic. When I went back to Arte’s shop, the green gem was indeed sitting on the pillow, and the text beneath it informed me that I have, and I quote: “-1 terra tectonic”. Hmm, minus 1 terra tectonics? Anyway, Arte offered me some really low sum for it, so I said that I wanted to keep the gem, and sure enough, when I checked my gem collection, I had 0 terra tectonics.
Has anyone else had this happen? I do know that in the days when Doug first appeared, there were several times when I got the prizes even though I did not have the gems he wanted (it doesn’t happen any longer though), so perhaps this is his way of getting even. | | | 08-06-2009, 09:49 AM | #2 | Webkinz :) Join Date: Aug 2009 Posts: 38 | Re: Has anyone else had this happen? no i that never happend to me before but sometimes i keep my gems and then i don't have them.also by the way is that really a gem? | | | 08-06-2009, 10:04 AM | #3 | Gifted Join Date: Aug 2008 Posts: 1,012 | Re: Has anyone else had this happen? Lady, I think you are right. In the Doug threads when Doug was new people would talk about having a negative number of gems after Doug traded with them even though they didn't have the gems.
It's never happened to me, but I remember reading about it. | | | 08-06-2009, 04:20 PM | #4 | Webkinz :) Join Date: Feb 2009 Posts: 253 | Re: Has anyone else had this happen? Thanks, duckling!
And, PokeJon, yep, it's really a gem--one of the least valuable green gems. | | | 08-06-2009, 06:47 PM | #5 | Webkinz :) Join Date: Jul 2008 Posts: 7,317 | Re: Has anyone else had this happen? no i keep my gems . that hasnt happened to me yet | | | 08-14-2009, 03:54 PM | #6 | Webkinz :) Join Date: Jul 2008 Posts: 540 | Re: Has anyone else had this happen? Yes this has happened on all 8 of the accounts that my family has and I have reported it to Ganz and they informed me that I was the ONLY person that this has happened to since June 24 when Ganz supposedly removed all negative gems from the accounts.
Please call Ganz at 1-866-932-5469 and ask to speak to Rajeev or Matan and tell them you also still have negative gems on your account. They told me if enough people call and report negative gems they will re-run the program to remove the negative gems for all of us! | | | 08-14-2009, 05:02 PM | #7 | Webkinz :) Join Date: Mar 2009 Posts: 2,052 | Re: Has anyone else had this happen? This hasn't happened to me, but i know its happened to a lot of other people. | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | | | Thread Tools | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off
