Did I hear Arte correctly? Wrench needs fur?

I'm still shaking my head in confusion, did I hear Arte correctly when I found a gem today? He was only going to give me 4 kc for it, and he said the typical "oh boy, not another one of those".... but then I could have sworn I heard him say after "I need another one of those like a wrench needs fur"

Was that in my head, was I translating it wrong? What did he really say?

I definitely heard that "something" needs fur, and I could've sworn that he said 'wrench' - but was it really wrench or something else? Please... others, listen for it 'cause I'm going to feel crazy til someone else hears it! lol

How do you not know its a glitch? What proof do you have? Arte has never said that to me. And once I did have a gem and arte offered 4 kc for it.

Thanks for the clarification, although I'm sure "like a wrench needs fur" is going to be my new catch-phrase for the next week, and no one around me will have a clue what I'm talking about!

yeah, jazzinmarch .. I have gotten that expression from Arte more than a few times .. I have six accounts.. I think it is funny .. but even more hilarious the way you heard it!!!

I think that should be the next buzz expression here on WI!!! ...for example, we need more WI glitches "like a wrench needs fur"!
