Crown vs. Gems -- More $$

Has anyone researched to see whether you get more kc selling the gems individually or selling the crown of wonder? I know the offers for each gem varies, but if someone was keeping track you could get an average offer for each gem.

In other words, if you sold 1 of each gem, would the average amount be more or less than 2250kc?

Just curious if anyone has tried figuring this out yet.

I haven't heard of anyone doing this, but maybe someone has already. That's a good idea! I might just start doing that myself and see what happens. Like you said, the offers vary, but maybe if you just took the amount that he offered you on that day, and then made a chart of whatever he offered other times, you could figure out whether or not it's better to sell the gems or to sell the crown. Now you've gotten me curious, and I'm going to look around to see if I can find the answer. Maybe someone who knows more about this than I do will let us know.

cac953, that is the highest Arte offers for the gems. Unless it is the gem of the day so it would be slightly lower. Sometimes Arte offers $500 for the Webkinz Diamond. And sometimes he'll offer $50 it's totally random.

i would think that it would be better to get the crown, I mean, webkinz has quizzy's corner to help you with school i guess, and maybe this is like a test of patience or something so would alyssa's star challenge

anyway, you can't trade the gems to other people but you could get a good deal if you trade the full crown

On the other hand, you can get much more than the 2250 offered by the W Shop if you trade the crown. The WIGEV values the Webkinz Crown Of Wonder at 8,000-12,000 kc.

So... which is it? you do the math...
