I agree with all of you, it looks unnatural. Dogs have canines for teeth! That means pointy teeth! These look awful.

Yes it does look Unatrual

Ganz probally noticed that Arte had no Teeth & that they thought that why dogs have teeth hopefully they will add a better set of teeth that makes mostly everyone forgeting that Arte had Weird looking Teeth
