Anyone else having a problem with Arte taking gems?

I just went gem mining and found a Starlight Shimmer. I had one, but opted to keep this one as well. However, when the box opened to the yellow section, I had no Starlight Shimmers. I logged out and logged back in and still have 0. Has this happened to anyone else?

Are you sure you had starlight shimmers before hand, and did you click the right button?

I don't really keep up with what I have. But, when the screen came up with my gem sitting on a pillow, it said I had 1 Starlight Shimmer beneath it. ( I didn't take any pictures, because I wasn't anticipating anything would happen). Then I clicked Keep and he told me good luck with that collection. The Yellow Drawer opened automatically in my box (like it always does after I keep a gem), but the Starlight Shimmer section was empty and said 0. They never did show up. I am not terribly worried about it, but I was wondering if it is a site-wide glitch or just a problem for me that time. Hopefully it was a 1 time thing and won't happen again.

Something similair just happened to me. Doug asked for a zingoz zincoz, (which I had at artes, I checked right before searching out Doug). Then, Doug asked for one and said I had none left, though I was sure I had at least one. He still let me get a prize, though, so my glitch could have been a problem with the on-screen numbers...

that just happened to me! it said i had "-1". maybe it has to do with doug?
