Here are some tips,,
1. never put your Webkinz in the dryer. If they have plastic eyes or nose, it will melt them.
2. If you have the duck, and it's dirty, just try to blow dry it off because if you wash it, it's pink cheeks will come off.
3. Webkinz with the fur texture that the Collie & Himalayan have, and the horse's manes, they're fur will be all funny after you wash them.
Okay, here's the guide!

Stuff You Need
Webkinz
Shampoo
Sink
Towels
Hair Dryer
-If you want your Webkinz to smell good, Perfume.

--Step One
Pick out the Webkinz you would like to wash.
Then, fill up the sink with warm, soapy water.
--Step Two
Stick in one - two Webkinz in the sink at a time, because they'll soak up all the water If you have too many Webkinz in it.
(xDD)
--Step Three
Emerge the full Webkinz under water, and bring them back up.
Squeeze the shampoo on your hand(or directly on the Webkinz), and scrub the Webkinz away!
--Step Four
Once your done scrubbing, drain the sink, and turn on hot or cold water(It doesn't matter which), and rinse the Webkinz out good. Be sure to wring out the Webkinz, because soap will get on the inside a little bit.
--Step Five
After rinsing, dry Webkinz off with a towel. Then, blow dry some, until the Webkinz is partly dry.
--Step Six
Let Webkinz sit on a drying rack for a few days. They need to be on a drying rack for so long because water absorbs into them.
--Step Seven
After drying for a few days, take off the rack, and spray with perfume If you want them to smell good. If not, just take off the rack and put them away.

A Tip~
Don't use dark colored shampoo, especially when washing white or light colored Webkinz. You don't want to stain them! :]

My mom has tried this is a number of stuffed animals that were somewhat dirty but only needed a little, this works very nicely for webkinz also.
Dust the webkinz with some baking soda or baby powder to remove surface dirt. Let is sit 20 minutes or so, then rub vigorously with a rough towed. This will get smells out and clean off surface dirt

Here's a quick little tip- be careful of the Webkinz that have sparkly stuff on them (example: spotty dinosaur, or the pegasus, unicorn... that sparkly stuff.) AND the "Ganz" tag still on them. The black stuff on the Ganz tag can get on the sparkly stuff and give it little black spots. Also, I find it easier not spraying the Webkinz with perfume, and just using scented soap/shampoo.
Ooh, and how I got the makeup off of one of my Webkinz. My Webkinz (spotty dinosaur) has light fur, and I thought it'd be cool to put some sticky, gold-sparkly makeup on it. Bad idea! It looked not that good at all. I tried to wipe it off, but nothing happened. So what I did was this:
-Fill sink with soapy water
-Dunk Webkinz' head (or whatever part of its body is stained) in water until it's absorbed most of it.
-Pull Webkinz' head out and squeeze to get most of the water out.
-Get old toothbrush and put soap/shampoo on it, wet toothbrush.
-Scrub stained part of Webkinz.
-Dunk Webkinz' head in water.
-Rinse toothbrush.
-Scrub Webkinz' head again, without soap.
-Dunk Webkinz' head in water again.
-Repeat.
I did that about 4 times, and it got most of the makeup off (it takes a few tries to even get the makeup off of human skin... ) Originally Posted by :.Star*` Great thread! The End.
I will add pictures to every step when I can.
Please trust me on this, I've done it very many times.
