shrinking screen

Ok my screen on webkinz was cut of at one of the sides and the bottom then all the sides were a bit cut off and more of my screen keeps coming off does anyone know what to do? Someone told me to do something with my screen resolution how do i do that?

I have that problem too, and changing the resolution doesn't help. Arg! It is now so small I can't do anything.
