Hi mathmom2! For sure you can use it! I'm so glad you like the name well enough you want to use it! I got the name from a woman that was on tv one time,her name was Zora, and I just remember it and it being differant!

Well, we waited... it's the 7th and no potm loot bag . Second month in a row and I really don't want to adopt any more potm. I don't remember this happening before, is it a new glitch?

I tried all of the suggestions in the op, but no success. Guess I'll give ganz a call tomorrow.

Super guide! When I adopted my polar bear, I took a series of screenshots from before through each stage. When I did not get my POTM gifts & the clear cache etc didn't work, I was able to tell the rep exactly when I adopted/opened the bag and what was in my dock. They were really nice and 15 minutes later, I had my loot.

just adopted a polar bear a couple of hours ago and no loot bag, I tried the switching rooms, and other stuff you said and I did get a POTM bag but it was empty, too late to call unfortunately so I sent an email and plan to call on friday if I have not gotten a response - you would think that by the 9th of the month it should be safe

I had POTM problems on day 5 and when I called Ganz they made me feel like I was trying to steal things from them. I'm afraid to put pets on anylonger. I just got a card to adopt one from a pack of trading card 3 series. I'm afraid to log it on. I'm going to ask the forum if they think its safe. I would like to know what kind of pet it might be.
