Ganz has always said that by the 5th most of the kinks are worked out. I plan on adopting mine either tonight or tomorrow.

congrats on the great thead and having it stickied mathmom2. i have been fortunate to say that so far (knocks on wood) i have not had a potm issue. but if i do i know where to come to get the info and where to call without looking all over the place.

i adopted my new polar bear the day before yesterday and though i really wanted that new
crystal sea potm item, i got the cuckoo clock.... and i am happy with it.... named my new friend

Thanks for all the great advice. I was in such a hurry to adopt my polar bear, that I did not care that it was only the 2nd of Dec. It was my bday and I wanted to put him on. My mom called Ganz 3 times and left a message twice. Have not heard back at all yet. They tell you on voice messaging not to leave more than one message. My mom left 2 and gave her cell # so she she would not miss a call back. Well nothing so far and it has been 3 days. Maybe I'll try the on line way. though I've heard that does not work. We tried all the other stuff you mentioned. We do not use PC we use Mac and we did clear cache, log out, go from room to room etc. but nothing worked. I just really wanted my special item. I got the usual stuff that comes the Mr Snowflake (polarBear) but -0-KC and not my ptom loot bag. you know the story. Well hopefully we'll get a call back.

okay so i got a big fat nothing too on the potm stuff. i'm going to try and clear cache and see what happens.

Great thread. I'm one of the ones who doesn't want to wait so I don't miss out on the daily activities for the POTM. This month I got lucky and didn't have a problem, but last month I got no POTM item. Now I know what to do in the future!
