Logging in to Webkinz before 7 am?

In the past few months, has anyone had a hard time logging in to webkinz before 7 am? It used to be 6:30 am...then it was 7 am, and right now it's 7:30 am and I still can't log in to do my dailies before work. Has Webkinz "closed" during certain hours?? Is there any way around this??

Webkinz has always gone down at 2 AM for nightly maintenance. You are right it used to come back up about 6:30 AM but for the last several weeks it has been 7:30 AM.

Unfortunately, I do not think there is a way around it.

There is one way around it. Start another asian account. That way, you can play on it while the US has matenece and play on the US when the Asian has matnence(S?).

Another thing to do is call Ganz and let them know that having the NA accounts not coming up until after 7:30am is hard for you (and many other people). With kids heading back to school soon if not already back, most will not be able to do anything before school (if they live in EST) let alone the adults who can not complete dailies before work. It is unfortunate, but it seems that a large enough number of people have to complain about something before it gets addressed.

I have had some difficulty the past 2 weeks but if you keep trying you get in..iI usually try around 6:15 am

Did you all notice that the NA accounts were up earlier today? I was able to log on to my NA account at 6:47am EST! I wasn't up any earlier to see if it was up at 6:30am (as it used to be). I am hoping the earlier availability will continue.

It seems to be getting later and later before the accounts are available. I get frustrated at trying again and again to get on. Is it because they've been adding more games and more complicated items and so the accounts require more maintenance?

Well I can usually get on after 7, I guess it's just something we'll have to learn to live with!
