How To Update Adobe Flash Player

I see a lot of questions regarding the updating of Adobe Flash Player, so I thought I would make a post outlining how to do it

1. Find out what version of Adobe Flash Player you have. You can do this on the Webkinz World Login page by right clicking on it. A box will pop up like this:




Select "About Adobe...." and you will be directed to the Adobe Flash Player page, which will tell you what version you have, and what is the most recent Flash Player Version.


2. If you do not have the most recent version, you can select "Download Adobe Flash Player." It will direct you to the proper version for your computer. OR, you can click here to download Adobe Flash Player:

3. Before you INSTALL Adobe Flash Player, you need to UNINSTALL your previous version. To do this, you need to run the Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller. You can do that here:

Usually, I download the uninstaller first, but I DO NOT RUN IT until I have successfully downloaded (not yet installed) the new Flash Player. When the new version is downloaded, I run the uninstaller first, then I install the new Adobe Flash Player. It doesn't take very long to complete the whole process
