Wow! There was a Halloween item in my sister's room that has been stuck since last year. She threw the tags out for her pets so we weren't able to use the 'Item Stuck' form to contact Ganz. I have worked on it several times because I figured there had to be a way to get it unstuck, but never had any luck. After reading several pages of this thread I decided to give it a try again tonight. It took a while because it involved having to put the original table in the original spot where the item was stuck but eventually I got it unstuck! Unfortunately another item got stuck in the process & WW went down for maintenance tonight, but I should be able to get it fixed tomorrow with these instructions. Thank You DixieCup and momwhoplays. These are awesome instructions!

OH GOSH! thanks SO SO SO much! i hate having to trouble with ganz costomer help place, its so slow. THANK YOU!
