it did'nt work for me i don't know what to do now my volcano (from doug) i put on a tabe because it looks nice and it did not work!

I'm sorry to hear that. Sometimes it doesn't work, & then you would need to fill out the stuck item form on ww or contact Ganz. Members have reported they are very prompt & helpful.

I hope that gets resolved

what ever you do dont drive a car threw a door because it will get stuck

I tried this method and it didn't work for me... but its ok! because i like how my item looks stuck actually LOL. take a look at the pic, my snow globe is under my tree!!

Sorry that it didn't work for you, sometimes it doesn't. Nice room, the snow globe looks nice
