it did'nt work for me i don't know what to do now my volcano (from doug) i put on a tabe because it looks nice and it did not work!

I'm sorry to hear that. Sometimes it doesn't work, & then you would need to fill out the stuck item form on ww or contact Ganz. Members have reported they are very prompt & helpful. I hope that gets resolved

what ever you do dont drive a car threw a door because it will get stuck

I tried this method and it didn't work for me... but its ok! because i like how my item looks stuck actually LOL. take a look at the pic, my snow globe is under my tree!!

Sorry that it didn't work for you, sometimes it doesn't. Nice room, the snow globe looks nice

If you ever decide to move it, you can contact Ganz (see instructions on post #1) to get it unstuck.
