I have not tried this, but I did something once that worked... Well, my blender was stuck on my kitchen counter for an age and a half, but after they updated the "my page" so you could put rooms up, I put my kitchen in. Walla! It un-stuck it for some weird reason!

But I have a bear thing stuck in mid air, and its not on a table, do you know how to unstick it? lol

If items that are not stuck on a table, you would need to contatct Ganz, either by calling (I've listed how do do this in green on post 1) or by filling out the stuck item form in ww. Good luck!

If you move the counter, it could work, just as a table. But if it didn't work for you, then please fill out the stuck item form on the ww website, or call Ganz. Good luck to you, JulieLynn, & I 'm sorry this didn't work for you. You could also try clearing your cache, & logging back in.
